CTMS (Campus Training & Management System) digitises the placement lifecycle with two dashboards on a PERN stack with Tailwind: one for students and one for Training and Placement Officers.
What it does
- Students. Profiles, a document vault, eligibility-checked drive applications, timed mock tests and live round status.
- TPO admins. Student and company management, custom selection rounds, training sessions, analytics and notifications.
- AI-ATS. Matches resumes to roles to speed up shortlisting.
